Johnny Bergström f08f16c20d Adds cvars:
cvar_t *csx_sqlstats_host;
cvar_t *csx_sqlstats_username;
cvar_t *csx_sqlstats_password;
cvar_t *csx_sqlstats_db;
cvar_t *csx_sqlstats_table;

Exports players' statistics at map change to SQL db right after it saved those to the dat file.
