Add natives rg_set_user_ammo, rg_get_user_ammo, rg_give_custom_item, set_rebuy, get_rebuy

Add all the members weapons, also CMapInfo, RebuyStruct, CGrenade
Add hookchain StartDeathCam
Cosmetic changes
Update regamedll API 5.3
