Metamod это плагин/DLL-менеджер, который находится между движком HLDS\ReHLDS и самой игрой (или модом), позволяющий динамически загружать и выгружать специальные DLL-плагины, которые добавляют различный функционал на ваш сервер игры (или мода). Metamod-r - это доработанная версия оригинального metamod.
