b41a3631aa Updates on Null function table 
Renamed:
 - VelocityByAim->velocity_by_aim
 - RadiusDamage->radius_damage
 - PointContents->point_contents

Backwards compatibility stocks will be included.

Made precache_event a little bit more... logical.
